Returns:

We will gladly accept returns or exchanges of unused merchandise in or with the original packaging at any time after purchase.

We cannot accept returns of food products even if the package has not been opened. We do not know what conditions the food has been stored in, and we can not guarantee its freshness to another customer. Exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the store's discretion.

Refunds will be given in the same form in which the item was purchased or as store credit for the same amount paid. Original receipt is required unless the item was purchased under the customer's name in our computer. Returns and exchanges without a receipt may be issued a store credit at the store's discretion.

Warranties:

Wild Birds Unlimited offers a wide variety of products from various suppliers with a select number of them offering limited lifetime warranties on the products they manufacture for us. Listed below are the suppliers who offer warranties with their Wild Birds Unlimited branded products:

Aspects, Inc.
Aspects offers a limited lifetime guarantee covering all manufacturer defects for the WBU branded tube feeders, mesh tube feeders, hummingbird feeders, and window feeders. 

Backyard Nature Products
Backyard Nature Products offers a limited lifetime guarantee covering all manufacturing defects of the recycled plastic WBU Branded feeders and houses (Modern Rustic, EcoTough, and FeatherWeight brands). 

Brome Bird Care
Brome Bird Care offers a limited lifetime guarantee for the WBU Eliminator Squirrel Proof and Fundamental feeders to be free of manufacturing defects and against squirrel damage for the lifetime of the first owner.

Holscher Products Inc.
Holscher Product Inc. offers a guarantee for 10 years from date of purchase for the Advanced Pole System (APS) to be free of manufacturing defects. Rusting/Powder coating is covered for 1 year. Drippers and Misters include a 90-day guarantee. We do require a receipt for proof of purchase. 

Our WBU brand houses and feeders are not guaranteed against neglect, misuse, animal damage - unless noted above,  weather damage, damage from lawn equipment, damage caused by falling whether from hook or tree, loss, cosmetic discoloration, or scratches and rust. If you have any questions about the warranty coverage from these suppliers, please feel free to reach out to us. 

Parts:

You may also bring your feeders into the store anytime, we can often repair feeders that are still in production at little to no cost in-store, often the same day. 

For parts that aren't covered by warranty, we can offer replacement parts if they are available at the cost of the part plus tax. We may have to order the part and delivery will be at the manufactures availability and convenience.
